I messaged about a couch late evening since they offer text messaging services. I heard from them the next early morning and also extra photos of the couch I wanted. Very helpful, friendly, and fast. Recommend Baileys any day. I will look to Baileys for any future household purchases.

Brad was absolutely fantastic to work with! He worked tirelessly, literally running all around the showroom, while we selected six different pieces of furniture. Throughout the process, he remained incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, even as we changed our minds a few times on major decisions. What really stood out was that Brad never came across as a “pushy” salesman. Instead, he went with the flow, offered helpful insight when needed, and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Brad at Bailey’s Furniture when you’re shopping for new pieces. He’s an absolute dream to work with and genuinely cares about helping you find what fits your home best.

The staff there was most helpful. Especially Eric Hobbs. The entire experience went very smoothly and effortlessly. I was there for a fairly short while. Check out was smooth. The folks in the warehouse loaded up my purchase for me and I went on my way. Very happy with the whole experience. 5 stars!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Bailey's Furniture, thanks to Gail! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. I was on the hunt for a new couch, and Gail was incredibly helpful. She immediately asked what I was looking for and presented me with multiple options that fit my style perfectly. After considering a few, she showed me a wonderful option that I fell in love with. I was so impressed that I ended up buying it on the spot! Gail’s patience and knowledge made the whole experience enjoyable. If you're in the market for furniture, I highly recommend visiting Bailey's and asking for Gail!

I thought the showroom was nice. I grew up in Colorado and American Furniture was our big store there so it provided similar vibes! I just moved up and was in need of a couch! I did take advantage of Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales BUT they were impressive to say the least. I felt great about my purchases there. Hunter was really professional and just helpful overall. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and questions got answers. I’m sure I’ll be back for more furniture soon.

We came in not knowing which furniture pieces would fit in our newly constructed house; I wanted recliners and my wife didn’t. Plus, there is walk through needs from 3 directions. Jason met us in the foyer and we discussed our quandary comfortable seated nearby and then looked at many different sets deciding preferences of color, texture, leather, fabric, power options or not, recliners or not. Jason printed out a floor plan from our appraisal and asked us to get site specific measurements and return for further evaluation of application & size. In the end we chose the Teramo Saddle Brown sofa & loveseat and we love all the options & features. Jason showed us it would fit perfectly in the space and demo’s the features…great salesmanship! We would not have known of or bought this set except for Jason’s very patient attentive listening & asking all the right questions to accurately characterize our needs.

Brad offered us exceptional customer service at a very competitive price, and we also received a military discount. I am extremely satisfied with his service and his meticulous attention to detail. We had a fantastic experience, we were helped by Mr. Christensen during our visit. He was kind, conversational, and very helpful. The price of many items seems to have come down as well, which is great in these hard times. The dock workers were also kind and accommodating. I highly recommend anyone looking for furniture at least stop in and check it out!

They have better prices on new furniture than anywhere else in Anchorage. I have been to their clearance location as well, but I actually found the best deals at their main store before Black Friday. Eric, the salesperson, was very helpful and not at all pushy. We love our new loveseat and plan on getting the matching couch at some point.
